I have spent most of my career in health and life sciences, working with diagnostics, products, commercial development and digital health. I enjoy taking something complicated, finding out what really matters and helping a team move it forward.
I believe good leadership is about setting a clear direction, involving the right people and creating enough trust for people to do their best work. I am curious by nature and usually prefer testing an idea in practice to discussing it for too long.
I hold an MSc in Philosophy and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. Copenhagen Careers is my own independent project and does not represent any current or former employer.

I wanted an easier way to keep up
The honest reason is that I was too lazy to keep checking every life-science career page. At the same time, I did not like the thought of missing a good opportunity simply because I had forgotten to visit the right company at the right time.
LinkedIn and the larger job sites are useful, but I often found myself scrolling through a lot of roles that were not relevant. It was still difficult to get a simple overview of the opportunities across Copenhagen and the Danish life-science sector.
I had been curious about Codex and AI for some time, so I decided to see whether I could use them to build the tool I was missing. The first version was made for me. As it developed, it became clear that other people in a similar situation might find it useful too. That is why I decided to make it available.
